This morning local four-star defensive back Cameron Calhoun announced he has decommitted from the University of Cincinnati. Calhoun, a four-star defensive back out of Winton Woods High School is coming off a huge senior year where he has started to see some big time offers roll in after a huge season for Winton Woods. Calhoun was a huge piece in that recruiting class of 2023, was looking to become the next ” Hometown Hero” and follow the movement that Luke Fickell and this Bearcats staff has built over the last few years.
However, Calhoun announced his decommitting after visiting Kentucky University over the weekend. The local four-star prospect has picked up a slew of offers after a huge senior season including offers from Big 10 schools in Michigan, Michigan State and expect a few more offers to come rolling in for the local standout after leading Winton Woods to the playoffs.
We wish nothing, but the best for Calhoun as he looks to find that new home for the near future.
