Today, Cincinnati Bearcats sophomore punter Mason Fletcher has been named American Athletic Conference Special Teams Player of the Year. Fletcher had 51 punts for 2,431 yards for an average of 46.8 yards per punt with a long of 84 yards, two touchbacks, 18 fair caught, 27 inside of the 20 and 14 50 yard punts or longer.
