Cincinnati Bearcats defensive tackle Jowon Briggs announced he would take advantage of his extra year of eligibility. He is the first member of the senior class that has an option to play another year to announce his attentions. Briggs had 60 tackles and three sacks in 2022. The Cincinnati, Ohio native will be a welcomed sight to the defensive line.
Cincinnati will play in the Big 12 next season and having somebody with the talent of Briggs is huge, new the new coaches have to be excited about this one.
