Today, Cincinnati Bearcats linebacker Ty Van Fossen has declared for the NFL Draft. Van Fossen has been a staple of the Blackcat defense the past few seasons. He could’ve taken advantage of his Covid year, but now he will test the NFL waters. The 6-foot-2, 222 pound linebacker had 78 tackles, 4.0 tackles for loss, .5 sack, two forced fumbles and four passes defensed.
During his Bearcat career he had 189 tackles, 16.0 tackles for loss and 3.5 sacks.
Van Fossen can make plays in the pass and run game. He is very athletic and will test well. TFON wishes Ty nothing but the best!
