Today, five year senior Malik Vann announced he will be returning for his sixth season. The Cincinnati, Ohio native used his covid year in 2022, but injured his pectoral muscle against Kennesaw State in the second game of the season and missed the rest of the year. The defensive end has been a major part of the Bearcats defense since he arrived and receiving a medical redshirt to return in 2023 is huge for both parties.
Vann has 90 tackles, 21.0 tackles for loss and eight sacks during his career.
