Chad Brendel of Bearcat Journal reports that Wes Miller has confirmed on his radio show that guard Rob Phinisee will be out for rest of the season with a torn patella. Phinisee is a graduate transfer who spent his first four seasons at Indiana, at Cincinnati he has battled injuries all 2022-23, just recently coming back from a foot injury that had him out for a majority of the season (14 games). His presence on the defensive end will be missed and his steadiness on the offensive end.
