Today, Justin Williams of The Athletic has reported that Cincinnati Bearcats quarterback Ben Bryant has entered the transfer portal. Bryant started the majority of last season before having a season ending foot injury that he recovered from faster than expected to compete for the starting job in the Spring. He was in a battle with fellow sixth year senior Emory Jones.
Bryant will have one year of eligibility left, per Williams, he may return to UC to compete for the starting job as Scott Satterfield doesn’t plan to name a starter ahead of preseason camp.
