Yesterday, New York Jets cornerback Ahmad “Sauce” Gardner released his documentary “The Secret Ingredient: Sauce Gardner Official Documentary”, I haven’t watched it in full yet, but it is about Gardner growing up in the east side of Detroit. If you don’t know Detroit have very rough pockets and a young man like Gardner being a success coming from where he is raised is a blessing.
