Jeremy Rauch of Fox 19 first reported that two of the UC Baseball staff members have been released as of May 17, due to a situation that possibly occurred May 8th. The Athletic’s Justin Williams also confirmed the report as well.
Kyle Sprague was an assistant coach and Andy Nagel was the director of operations were the two that were fired last week. The NCAA is currently still looking into the matter and if anything else happens TFON will update you.
UC is currently playing ECU in the American Athletic Conference Tournament in Clearwater, Florida.
