Scott Satterfield and company added a huge addition this morning as three-star tight end Devyn Zahursky became the 11th member of the 2024 recruiting class. Zahursky, an Ohio native currently attends Midpark High School just up north in Cleveland, Ohio. He has been a threat on both sides of the ball during his time at Midpark High School and is poised for a breakout senior season.
Zahursky, a 6’5″, 250 pound tight end is a huge grab for the Bearcats, becoming the 11th member of the 2024 recruiting class. Zahursky, held reported offers from Pittsburgh, Coastal Carolina, Indiana, Rutgers and many more.
After completing his official visit to Cincinnati over the weekend, the Bearcats locked in the highly coveted three star prospect. Tight ends coach Josh Stepp and defensive line coach Walter Stewart were the lead recruiters for Zahursky during his recruiting process and made sure to close the deal following his official visit. “The visit was amazing, I loved everything about Cincinnati,” said Devyn Zahursky. “Coach Stepp and Stewart are awesome coaches, but even better people,” said Zahursky. “I can’t wait to get to work.”
Zahursky broke down his decision TFON earlier this morning following his commitment to the Bearcats. “Cincinnati felt like home. It was a no brainer,” said Zahursky.
Scott Satterfield and staff have done a tremendous job on the recruiting trail heading into the first season of a new era in Clifton. The Bearcats 2024 recruiting class now sits 30th in the nation following the commitment of Zahursky.
