Over the weekend Trey Barnette of Lakota West took an unofficial to the University of Cincinnati for the Bearcats Big 12 opener. Barnette, started his playing career at Dixie High School in Northern Kentucky, before transferring to Lakota West this following school year.
Barnette recaps his visit to the University of Cincinnati, where he was joined by many teammates from the Lakota West football team. Barnette, a 6’2″, 170-pound wide receiver who attends Lakota West High School has seen his recruiting process start to ramp up since making the transition to the local powerhouse in Lakota West.
