Today, the Cincinnati Bearcats received some good news as Northern Illinois defensive end George Gumbs will be a Bearcat. Gumbs is the fourth transfer since the portal has opened up. Last season, he had 34 tackles, 3.5 sacks and two forced fumbles. The 6’4″, 248 pound defensive end from Chicago, Illinois has at least two years of eligibility left.
