Harris brings plenty of pedigree to this Jayhawks team, having started on their National Championship team just two seasons ago. He was named the Big 12’s Defensive Player of the Year in 2022-23, but that’s not all. Harris leads the Jayhawks in assists this season. In each of the last two seasons, Harris led the Big 12 in assist-to-turnover ratio and led the Big 12 in assists per game in 2022-23.

Furphy joined the Jayhawks in August of 2023, coming up from the Land Down Under. He’s been increasing his scoring and minutes over his last two games, so he is worth keeping an eye on in addition to the big-name players on this Kansas roster.

Jackson came into Kansas as a McDonald’s All-American and has performed well in his first season. Jackson has 11 games with multiple assists and two games scoring in double figures.

Timberlake comes to Kansas after five solid seasons at Towson, where the last two years he was named to the All-CAA First Team. In addition, Timberlake is the all-time Towson leader in three-point field goals made and attempted.
