JS: What does it mean to you be offered by Cincinnati?
MC: Very exciting, to understand that great coaches who’ve played quarterback look at my game and believe I can be someone that can lead their program is ultimate compliment. Also, knowing that University of Cincinnati has produced some of the greats players in the NFL holds weight. Now, that this program has moved into the Big 12 is very appealing.
JS: Which coaches on the staff have you built a relationship with?
MC: Most of my conversations has been with coach (quarterbacks) Pete Thomas. I really like his energy and looking forward to building this relationship in the future.
JS: Being a member of the 2026 class, how amazing has it been to start ascending in the recruiting cycle?
MC: It’s really a dream come true and for something that I work very hard for. I’m definitely enjoying the process and recognition from some of the greatest coaches in college football.
JS: Do you plan to camp at UC in the Summer?
MC: I will definitely be in Cincinnati this summer, I’m not sure of my entire camp schedule yet, but I’ll either camp or visit there.
