Today, the Cincinnati Bearcats got a commitment from Bradley transfer guard Connor Hickman. Hickman was in Indiana over the weekend, visited Cincinnati today and is now a Bearcat. The 6’3”, 190 pound guard has one year left of eligibility. He averaged 14.5 points, 3.4 rebounds, 2.9 assists and 1.2 steals while shooting 40.2% from 3 and 46.7% from the field last year. He had 14 points, three rebounds and two assists against the Bearcats in the NIT.
Like Aziz Bandaogo last season, the Bearcats played against a player in the NIT and after the season landed them in the portal. Hickman brings much needed outside shooting for a very athletic team in need of a shooter.
Welcome Connor!
