A big time accomplishment for a former Bearcat linebacker.
Earlier tonight, former Cincinnati linebacker Joel Dublanko was selected by the CFL’s Edmonton Elks with the number one overall draft pick. Dublanko finished his Bearcat career in 2021 before a quick stint on the NFL with the Seattle Seahawks and the UFL’s San Antonio Brahmas.
Dublanko finished his Bearcat career with 223 total tackles, 22 tackles for loss, 7.5 sacks, one interception and forced fumbled throughout his Bearcat career.
A huge opportunity awaits for the former Bearcat linebacker as he continues his playing career up north in Canada.
