The Big 12 Media Preseason Poll has been released. The Cincinnati Bearcats have been picked to finish 14th out of 16 teams. Last season, the Bearcats went 3-9 overall so you can understand why they have been picked so low, but with the roster rebuild they have a chance to shock some people. Utah is picked to win it followed by Kansas State and Oklahoma State.
