One of Cincinnati’s marquee road games is already sold-out months ahead of the 2024 season.
Colorado head coach Deion Sanders took the stage moments ago here in Las Vegas, Nevada for Big 12 Media Days for the first time since Colorado joined the Big 12 back on July 1st. Sanders opened his press conference by saying that October 26th’s game vs Cincinnati is officially sold out with an announcement from the University expected to come soon.
“God Bless, the Cincinnati game is sold out. I can’t wait for that game,” said Sanders.
Sanders is very familiar with Cincinnati after spending four seasons with the Reds during his MLB career starting in 1994 then again for three separate seasons in 1995, 1997 and 2001. Sanders discussed his relationship with Cincinnati briefly at Big 12 Media Days after meeting Satterfield at Big 12 meetings earlier this year.
Bearcats’ fans making the trip to Boulder later this year should be advised to plan accordingly if they are making the trip to Boulder following the news of a sellout.
