Last week the Irish stole a game from the Cardinal pure robbery but entertaining to say the least. Texas proved they were highly overrated, West Virginia got brought down to earth and LSU isn’t totally out of the hunt yet.
We had some hits and some misses in last weeks games. Check out the games you should watch this week.
Saturday 10/20
#6 LSU @ #18 Texas A&M, ESPN, Noon– LSU gets to build on the momentum of beating the Gamecocks last week. The Aggies are the newcomers to the SEC so this game will be a good measuring stick. I think LSU should handle A&M but it may be closer than everyone expects.
#7 South Carolina @ #2 Florida, CBS, 3:30 pm– The Gamecocks are fresh off of defeat in the hands of LSU. No home love as they head on the road to face the Gators if the Gamecocks win they will knock a real bad taste out of their mouth in stay in the title hunt. Florida will be looking to keep winning and line themselves up with a collision course with Bama. This game is a tossup slight edge to Florida because they are home.
#17 Texas Tech @ #23 TCU, ABC, 3:30 pm– Tech has been creeping on the come up this year. They shocked the Mountaineers last week with a dominating performance, especially on defense which you hardly see in the Big 12. TCU is influx right now with their star QB away from the team. I think Tech should win but will they be too high off of the win last week? We will see.
#4 Kansas St @ #13 West Virginia, FOX, 7 pm– K State is the surprise of the Big 12. This week they have a tough road test against the high scoring Mountaineers. If the Mountaineers want to stay in the title hunt they must win this game no ifs ands or buts. The Wildcats are a very physical team which is an advantage that Tech used against the Mountaineers last week. Will WVU get back on train? Or will the Wildcats making Morgantown home for the night?
Two Upset Alert Games:
Virginia Tech @ #19 Clemson, ABC, Noon
#15 Rutgers @ Temple, Big East Network, Noon
These are the games we picked this week let us know what games you will be checking out. Check everybody out again next week, PEACE!
