Whenever I talk to some of my folk, yes folk, if they are doing something that is stupid that I don’t agree with I let them know they trippin’ or something else I wouldn’t put on my site. I don’t tell people they are making a mistake because I’m a hater or dislike them it’s because it’s all love.
This brings me to last year’s starting QB for the Fighting Irish, Everett Golson. After leading the Irish to the National Title game as a redshirt freshman it seemed like sky was the limit for the dual threat QB. Until last week there wasn’t an inkling of problems in South Bend for Golson. His main competition for playing time highly recruited Gunner Kiel was officially off to Cincinnati, so what problems did he have? We thought none until reports stated Golson was no longer enrolled at Notre Dame.
Golson won’t be able to play this year, which sucks because he was the face of the program. I guess its hard to stay humble when ya stuntin’ on a jumbletron.
Take advantage of those tutors man, nobody is perfect so keep your head up. Now that he’s not on the team I bet all of the free rides, food, club entries and some of the women have ceased.
You have to deal with the highs and lows Everett man you are a talented player don’t let your skills go to waste and most importantly don’t blow that top notch education from Notre Dame. Hopefully we will see you on the field in the 2014 season and doing great on the academic side.
Keep your head up, I’m rooting for you.
