Everyone knows how big the Ohio State/Michigan rivalry is. In Ohio the letter M was banned for the weekend, yeah that’s serious stuff right there.
No matter how much trash talking is involved with these games we know the records mean nothing when those teams step on the field.
On Saturday these teams played a classic. I will always remember this game. Michigan went for the juggler with 32 seconds left and went for 2. OSU’s Tyvis Powell picked the 2 pt conversion and sealed the game but honestly what did Michigan have to lose? If they would’ve gotten the conversion they would’ve taken the Buckeyes National Title hopes and pissed them down Lake Erie.
After watching the Bucks/Team up North game my blood pressure was rising and all Buckeye fans needed Auburn to pull off the upset.
In the 4th quarter it seemed that Auburn couldn’t get out their own way and it was going to be another Alabama victory. With the game knotted up at 28 and the game heading to overtime, Saban fought for an extra second on the clock to attempt a 57 yard field goal. I bet he wish he would’ve went to OT. Not only did the kicker miss the kick but Davis returned the kick 100 yards to win the game for Auburn as the time ran out.
This play was craziest play I’ve ever seen. I was jumping around and screaming like a little kid in my living room.
This game was also an instant classic.
