Bearcats TE Josh Whyle declares for the NFL Draft

Redshirt senior tight end Josh Whyle has declared for the NFL Draft. The senior has opted out of the Bearcats bowl game against Louisville. Whyle could’ve taken advantage of his covid year if he wanted, but now he is testing the NFL waters. The 6-foot-6, 250 pound Cincinnati native had a great Bearcat career, he leaves as the programs leader in touchdowns with 15 for tight ends. He had 88 catches for 1,062 yards during his career.

Whyle will make an NFL team happy with his physical blocking and ability to be a matchup nightmare.

Congrats to Josh!
