Cincinnati is expected to hire Virginia Tech’s QB Coach/Passing Game Coordinator Brad Glenn as the new Offensive Coordinator

First reported by Bearcat Journal’s Chad Brendel, the Cincinnati Bearcats are expected to higher Virginia Tech’s quarterback coach/passing game coordinator Brad Glenn. Justin Williams of The Athletic also confirms that Glenn is expected to replace Tom Manning who recently left for an NFL job with the Indianapolis Colts.

Glenn was the Virginia Tech quarterback coach/passing game coordinator last year, before that he was the offensive coordinator/quarterback coach for Georgia State from 2019-2021. Scott Satterfield has worked with Glenn at Appalacian State and West Virginia.

Satterfield moved fast as expected just one day after announcing Manning is gone, Glenn will be on board. Satterfield calls the plays, but getting a new offensive coordinator on board is important.
