Kicker/Punter Garrison Smith was offered by the University of Cincinnati recently and TFON was able to talk to the member of 2021. Smith stands 5’7” and weighs 150 pounds. He is from Norwalk, Ohio and attends Norwalk High School.
Cincinnati is his first D1 offer and from the commits they have on deck Smith would be in the kicker’s room.
