Today after Cincinnati Bearcats practice I interviewed defensive tackles Curtis Brooks and Marquise Copeland. Brooks is a sophomore from Danville, Va and Copeland is a senior from Cleveland, Oh.
Copeland earned Honorable Mention All-AAC last season with 63 tackles, 8.0 tackles for loss and 3.5 sacks. He is in line for another big year.
Brooks played in all 12 games last season in a reserve role and totaled 16 tackles.
