Safety Bryan Cook has to sit out a year as he wasn’t allowed immediate eligibility. Cook will have two year of eligibility remaining when he’s allowed to play in the 2020 season.

Howard transfer Bryan Cook will sit the 2019 season as a redshirt and have two seasons of eligibility remaining starting in 2020. Only waiver left in the system is that of Ohio State transfer WR Blue Smith. #Bearcats
