The Cincinnati Bearcats put the American Athletic Conference on notice with their upset win over No. 18 UCF. Nippert Stadium was rocking the defensive unit was a very key reason for the win. This unit had three sacks, 8.0 tackles for loss, a fumble recovery, three interceptions and a touchdown. They held UCF to 6-of-17 on third down which was another key factor.
