The first College Football Playoff Poll dropped Tuesday night and the Cincinnati Bearcats came in at No. 20 dispite being No. 17 in the AP and Coaches Poll.

The Bearcats are 7-1 overall and 4-0 in the AAC. Their only loss was against Ohio State who is ranked No. 1 in the poll. I personally thought they would be ranked around the 14/15 area because of that fact, but I guess I was wrong. I will say they are the highest ranked Group of Five team so that’s good to see, but still think they got slighted some.
The good thing is the Bearcats can move up, hopefully they do and we are talking about the rankings weekly!
