Josiah Deguara will leave the University of Cincinnati as the all-time leader in receptions as a tight end. Deguara finished with 92 receptions passing Brent Celek on the list who had 91. The senior had three catches for 12 yards in the Birmingham Bowl on Thursday.
Celek played at UC from 2003 to 2006. Deguara’s run was from 2015-2019, he redshirted in 2015. So, the record stood for roughly 13 years.
