The Transfers:
Michael Young – (Notre Dame) Young was recruited by offensive coordinator Mike Denbrock when he was at Notre Dame. With that being the case Denbrock will have some ideas on how to use Young. He has two years left of eligibility and has played in 27 games during his college career as well as 17 catches.
Jordan Jones – (Arkansas) Jones has like Young has two years left of eligibility and has a strong connection with Dan Enos the Bearcats running backs coach who was his offensive coordinator for two years at Arkansas. He played in 21 games and has 38 catches for 592 yards and four touchdowns.
Young and Jones experience with Notre Dame and Arkansas will be a welcomed sight for this group. I’m expecting both to be a major factor next year in the passing game.
