It has been a common theme as of late, but 4 star outside linebacker Melvin Jordan makes the third commit of the 2022 class. Jordan was a former Florida State commit, but chose to come up north and become a Bearcat. He’s from Saint Petersburg, Fl and attends Calvary Christian High School. Per 247 Sports Composite rankings has Jordan as the 20th best outside linebacker in the nation, the 31st best player in the state of Florida and the 262nd best player in the nation.

Per 247 Sports stats Jordan is the highest rated defensive commit in school history. Fickell and Freeman are killing it in the recruiting circuit. He had offers from Florida, Miami, South Carolina, Arizona St., Pittsburgh and more. Every commit just shows how far this program has come.
