Bearcats get transfer OT James Tunstall from Stony Brook

The Bearcats football season ended on Friday and the Bearcats have had a lot of news since then with the news of players declaring for the draft or staying for another year. On Wedensday afternoon the Bearcats learned that they received a transfer from Stony Brook in James Tunstall. Tunstall is a big and atheletic tackle who comes in at 6’5″ and weighs 305 pounds. Tunstall did not play in 2020, but was an FCS sophomore All-American in 2019. This is a big pickup for Luke Fickell and the Bearcats after the news of former offensive tackle James Hudson forgoing his senior year and leaving for the 2021 NFL Draft. The Bearcats potentially find a replacement for Hudson and grow for next year. This team will look to keep adding talent throughout and will look to show the college football committe that they belong with the big guys!

Tunstall has two years left of eligilibity if you count the added pandemic year and will be a big help to the Bearcats line. Welcome to Bearcat Nation James!!!
