On Thursday the University of Cincinnati offered safety/outside linebacker TJ Bullard. Bullard is a member of the 2022 class that has been picking up steam lately with a recent offer from Louisville as well as Cincinnati (and a few others). The Berkeley Prep attendee stands six foot one and weighs 190 pounds.
It runs in the family as he is the son of Thaddeus Bullard Sr. a.k.a. Titus O’Neil (for WWE fans) who played for the University of Florida (1997-2000).
