TFON speaks with TJ Bullard about UC offer and more

JS: How excited were you to get an offer from the University of Cincinnati?

TB: I was very excited about the offer. I love their program and what they’ve done in the past few years.

JS: Which coaches have been in contact with you from the UC staff?

TB: Coach (defensive coordinator) (Mike) Tressel and coach (special teams coordinator) (Brian) Mason.

JS: What position(s) are colleges recruiting you at?

TB: Safety and hybrid safety.

JS: Do you have any players that you try to mold yourself after?

TB: I’m a fan of other great players and take notes, but I’m trying to be the best version of myself. I don’t try to emulate other players.

JS: Having a father that played at the D1 level, how cool is it to have somebody that close to you to bounce ideas and thoughts off of?

TB: It’s amazing having a father who’s been at that level, he guides me and helps me a lot during this recruiting process.

JS: During the offseason what do you want to improve on?

TB: I am working on getting bigger, faster and stronger.

JS: Do you plan on trying to visit the campus via zoom or in person soon?

TB: Yes, I’m doing a visit of the campus via zoom. I would love to get on campus soon.
