The Cincinnati Bearcats starting point guard David DeJulius stated on his Instagram page that he is opting out of the rest of the 2020-21 season because of mental issues due to Covid-19. DeJulius caught COVID during the summer, but stated it has been a mental grind that he can’t shake right now.
DeJulius averaged 10.0 points, 5.1 rebounds, 4.6 assists and .9 steals a game in his first season with Cincinnati.
