Tonight Bearcats freshman guard Gabe Madsen entered the transfer portal. Madsen is a 6’5″ guard from Rochester, MN. Gabe Madsen was one of the big recruiting pieces that head coach John Brannen brought in this year to the University of Cincinnati. Madsen was ranked as the 6th best player in the state of Minnesota for the class of 2020 as well as the 209th player nationally according to 247 Sports, Madsen appeared in two games for the Bearcats while scored three points within those two games. Madsen opted out back of the season back in December.
