Today the Cincinnati Bearcats got great news as point guard Mike Saunders, Jr. is coming back to the program. Saunders, Jr. announced he was coming back early during Wes Miller’s press conference, Miller stated, “He wanted Mike to announce it on his own terms.” Saunders, Jr. is Miller’s first commit because he was in the transfer portal, it says a lot that Miller was able to save Saunders, Jr. from leaving within 24 hours.

Saunders, Jr. had a solid freshman season averaging 3.5 points and 1.3 assists in 22 games and starting 10 of them. #BearcatNation saw great potential in the freshman especially seeing how he finished at the rim against Memphis late in the season.
Welcome back Ice Mike!
