On Tuesday the No. 2 Cincinnati Bearcats were told they were No. 6 in the first College Football Playoff Poll. Most expected Cincinnati be disrespected, but with road wins against Indiana and Notre Dame didn’t hold as much weight as initially expected. Gus Malzahn currently coaches the UCF Knights who play in the AAC with Cincinnati and recently lost to the Bearcats 56-21, told the masses that the Bearcats could play with Georgia and Alabama. He was the former coach of Auburn who plays in the SEC with Georgia and Alabama so he has a leg to stand on making this statement.

#BearcatNation was pissed hearing the news yesterday, but props to Malzahn letting the masses know Cincinnati isn’t a fluke team.
