Montgomery is a high three star recruit that will be a redshirt freshman that has a lot of talent, but didn’t play any this season.
Stephan Byrd
Byrd is a member of the 2022 class so I don’t personally expect him to make an impact immediately, but if given the opportunity he could be something to look out for next season as well
Transfer Portal
They have three experienced running backs with Ry. Montgomery, McClelland and Wright, but in today’s game if the right running back is available I wouldn’t put it passed the program to take a look. The look in the portal won’t be need because they have enough backs on scholarship, but we will see how it plays out.
