The Bearcats kept the ball rolling as they landed their 7th commitment from the weekend in highly touted three star WR Ayden Greene. Greene, a top 500 prospect from Tennessee was a priority target for the Bearcats in the class of 2023, who held reported offers from Tennessee, Virginia Tech, Pittsburgh and many more. Greene was also on campus at Clemson last weekend as well. Bearcats wide receivers coach Mike Brown made sure to make Greene a priority as he was the lead recruiter for Greene, and with Greene on campus this weekend he sealed the deal after hearing the high three star wide receiver would be coming to Clifton.
Greene, a 6-foot-3 receiver reminds me a lot of someone we saw dominant over the last few years and that’s Alec Pierce. A taller receiver with a big frame and great athleticism. Greene will look to be one of the top priority guys in the 2023 class along side Deah McCullough and Trevor Carter. He will be a problem for many opposing defensive backs in the future and Bearcat fans will love his playmaking ability as they head to the Big 12.
The Bearcats moved up to 11th in the recruiting rankings after landing McCullough yesterday, but getting someone like Ayden Greene, is just as exciting and the Bearcats are looking to climb into the top 10 recruiting classes of 2023 after a massive weekend.
