Senior linebacker Wilson Huber was named to the Wuerffel Trophy Watch List yesterday. The Danny Wuerffel Trophy is given out to person who shows great leadership on and off the field as well as somebody that plants their flag in the community.
Huber, who stayed for his extra year of eligibility didn’t start last year, but played a major part in special teams and on defense. He had 15 tackles, three sacks and one fumble recovery.
