Threats had a very nice game today against a tough and fast Arkansas receiving corps. Threats had six total tackles (five solo). Threats might not have been as active on the stat sheet, but he had some really good tackles that saved some long runs and had a couple of tackles that saved touchdowns.
Cincinnati falls to 0-1 on the season. The Bearcats have to take this game with a grain of salt. There were a lot of good plays and good moments for the team today. The team killed themselves with mistakes and penalties. Without the mistakes, the Bearcats might have had a different result today. The Bearcats are back home for the first time this year next Saturday when Kennesaw State comes to town to take on the Bearcats in what will hopefully be a bounce-back game for the Bearcats. The game will kick off at 3:30 on ESPN+.
