JS: How was the visit?
EG: I was excited to get back down to watch a game in Nippert Stadium. I had a lot of fun spending time with coaches throughout the day. It was very personable. The game had a great atmosphere.
JS: Being a quarterback, did you like the Bearcats offense on Saturday?
EG: I was impressed by the offense. We run a similar offense at our high school and throw the ball 30-40 times each game as well.
JS: Which coaches have you been able to build a relationship with on the staff?
EG: I’ve been able to start building a relationship with coach (offensive coordinator/quarterback coach) (Gino) Guidugli through attending camps the last two summers and recently over the phone. Coach (Max) Steinecker has also been a big point of contact.
JS: Has UC offered? Who do you have offers from?
EG: I don’t currently have any offers yet.
JS: How would you describe your game?
EG: I’m an athletic passer than can throw in the pocket as well as on the move. I throw with a lot of velocity and can hit tight windows.
JS: How is your season going so far?
EG: We are currently 3-3. We are a young team with a new coach so we are looking to get better each week.
