Per Rivals Clint Cosgrove, four star wide receiver Malik Elzy has decommited from Cincinnati. Elzy was a prized recruit out of Chicago, Illinois for the Bearcats. The 6-foot-3, 195 pound receiver is the 19th receiver in the nation per Rivals and 113th overall.
Rivals shows the crystal ball going to Illinois for Elzy. Cincinnati is now down to 21 commits for the 2023 class.
