For the second time today a former Arizona State player has transferred to Cincinnati. First it was Carter Brown and now it is defensive back D.J. Taylor. Taylor will be a redshirt junior with the potential to have at least three years of eligibility left (two years for sure).
The 5-foot-10, 195 pound defensive back from Tampa, Florida had 16 tackles and one pass defensed last season. With J.Q. Hardaway and Patrick Body, Jr. transferring, Arquon Bush turning pro and not knowing the current status of Taj Ward, this is a nice pick up for the Bearcats.
Congrats to D.J.!
