This afternoon, Scott Satterfield and the Bearcats landed their fifth member of the 2024 recruiting class, as three-star linebacker Simeon Coleman announced his pledge to the Bearcats. Coleman, a 6’0”,,210 pound linebacker from Hyattsville, Maryland, where he attends Saint Frances Academy. Coleman is currently ranked the 940th player in the nation, while being ranked 90th at the linebacker position, and 27th player in the state of Maryland per 247 composite.
Coleman, was in attendance for the Bearcats spring game over the weekend, and now elects to be a Bearcat a short few days later. Coleman now joins Ja’Qualin Birdsong, Jake Wheelock, Dakari Anderson, Gavin Grover in the class of 2024. Coleman now becomes the 4th member of the 2024 recruiting class to commit to Scott Satterfield and the Bearcats this week.
Coleman chose the Bearcats over Miami, Auburn, Michigan State, Pittsburgh, Tennessee, Maryland, Florida State and more.
