Emory Jones, quarterback
Jones finished the night 18-of-34 for 265 yards and two interceptions, one of those was the game sealing Interceptions to seal the deal for Miami in overtime. Jones started the game 7-of-7 for 105 yards, but then was quiet after that hot start. However, Jones finished was a season high 113 rushing yards on 20 carries, which was his second most of his career. You take away the interception before the half as the Bearcats were driving we may be talking about a different scenario today. However, Jones was playing to what the RedHawks gave him and it was mostly on the ground as Miami was doing a great job creating pressure up front.
