Today, Cincinnati Bearcats forward/center Viktor Lakhin has entered the transfer portal. Lakhin was marred by a few nagging injuries in the 2023-24 season. He averaged 9.2 points, 6.0 rebounds and 1.7 assists on 48.6% from the field. Playing in 29 games, he started the season as one of the mainstays, but as the season went on his role changed and at the end of the year he was buried on the bench.
The 6’11”, 240 pound native of Anapa, Russia will have at least one year of eligibility left, but he may have two due to the redshirt Covid year.
