It’s rare that kids meet people they idolize, and in this case it was nice to see Clayton Kershaw reach out to baseball phenom Mo’Ne Davis. Davis starred in the LLWS, and became a superstar overnight. During Davis’ hot week of exposure she made several references to Los Angeles Dodgers ace Clayton Kershaw. Last night, Davis was able to meet Kershaw after a Dodgers game as well as throwing out the first pitch. I am sure was a memorable moment for both of them, and I’m sure they shared pitching techniques to keep dominating the competition.
