NFL Fantasy Football: Week 6 Sleepers

I apologize for being M.I.A. last week, but I am back for another week of giving you our best choices for the fantasy football sleepers of the week. Well…..here they are.

Carolina Panthers Defense/ST– The Carolina Panthers, will be on the road in a game against the Cincinnati Bengals, but the Bengals will be missing their top-notch wide receiver A.J. Green due to injury. The Bengals have played well without Green, but they haven’t faced a defense as tough as the Panthers. I think it’ll be a long day for Andy Dalton and Co.

Emmanuel Sanders, Denver Broncos, WR– The Denver Broncos offense is looking like a well-oiled machine, and they are facing an inept NY Jets team, so that means it could be a big day for Emmanuel Sanders and the rest of the Broncos WR core. Sanders is one of the leaders in the NFL in receiving yards, but he is yet to score a touchdown. I am predicting 2 touchdowns this Sunday, and Sanders continues his pro bowl-like season.

Dez Bryant, Dallas Cowboys, WR– This choice may seem crazy, because the Dallas Cowboys are playing against the Seattle Seahawks, but I feel that Dez Bryant has an advantage over the Legion of Boom. Earl Thomas will be focusing on Jason Witten, and I believe that if Richard Sherman is MAN enough to man up against Bryant,  No.88 wins that match up. Last week DeSean Jackson had over 100 yards receiving on the Seahawks, and I think Bryant can follow that trend.

Steve Smith Sr., Baltimore Ravens, WR– Steve Smith terrorized NFC South DBs for over a decade, and this weekend he will continue his strong production against a familiar foe in the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Bishop Sankey, Tennessee Titans, RB– The starting RB for the Titans Shon Greene is morphing into a dinosaur right in front of our eyes. With that said Bishop Sankey has looked spry and ready to take on the load as the No.1 running back. I feel that head coach Ken Whisenhunt unleashes Sankey this week in a contest against the Jacksonville Jags.
